The details of audits subject to AQR inspection are listed below under the relevant inspection period. This includes those completed under the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Local Audit regulations) and Foundation Trust inspections which are completed under contract to a third party.
For those entities marked with an asterisk (*) the scope of an inspection has been limited in one or more areas due to the entity asserting legal privilege over certain information.
