The FRC is committed to openness and transparency in its work and decision making.
As part of that commitment, we maintain and publish a Register of Interests in accordance with the Conflict of Interest Policy for Board and Committee members, which supports the FRC’s commitment to transparency.
The Register includes declarations by members of the Board, Senior Advisors, the Enforcement Committee Panel and the Appointment Committee.
