Mark Armour retires from Board of FRC

On reaching the conclusion of his term of office this month, Mark Armour will step down from the Board of the FRC. He has been a Board member and non-executive director since July 2012.

Following the publication of the recommendations by Sir John Kingman, the future size and structure of the FRC Board and its successor body will be determined by government.
