Join the FRC in partnership with London Business School Leadership Institute and SQW this Wednesday, July 21st, from 2pm-3pm , to launch the ‘ Board Diversity and Effectiveness in FTSE 350 Companies’ research report. Diversity is a powerful force and contributes to the success of societies and economies. The report takes in the views of over 75 board members and shares important insights into the impact of diversity and shifting dynamics in the boardroom to improve constructive challenge and decision making.
David Styles, Director of Corporate Governance and Stewardship will be joined by Dr. Randall S. Peterson, Professor of Organisational Behaviour (LBS), Vyla Rollins, Executive Director, Leadership institute (LBS) and Osman Anwar, Director (SQW) and Sergei Plekhanov, Managing Consultant (SQW) to discuss the report in further detail. This will be followed by a Q&A session which will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions about the findings in the report and how companies can improve diversity in the boardroom.
