Extension of scope of investigation in connection with Computer 2000 Distribution Ltd

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has extended the scope of the investigation launched under the Accountancy Scheme into the preparation and approval of the financial information of Computer Distribution Limited (C2000) for the years ended 31 January 2009 to 31 January 2013 to include the audits for the years in question and the conduct of Members and Ernst &Young LLP, a Member Firm of ICAEW.

The investigation was announced on 12 May 2014.
