Following publication of the Government’s Restoring trust in audit and corporate governance consultation the FRC will be hosting a webinar to discuss some of the key regulatory framework proposals included in BEIS’s consultation. This will include the definition of a public interest entity (PIE), internal controls and the setting up of ARGA.
When: Thursday, 22 April 2021, 3pm – 4pm
To support the Government’s consultation, the FRC will be holding a series of webinars and roundtables to provide stakeholders with further insight into key aspects of the consultation and to hear your views on the government’s proposals.
The FRC has also produced a short podcast on the regulatory framework proposals included in the Government’s consultation.
