The Wates Principles have been widely adopted by large private companies and have become an important part of the UK’s corporate governance environment. But how are companies actually applying them and how is best practice evolving?
The FRC invites you to an in-person event that will explore the benefits and opportunities the Wates Principles offer for individual companies and what good practice in corporate governance looks like.
With a keynote speech from Sir James Wates CBE and a lively panel discussion with representatives from private industry who are following the Wates Principles, this is sure to be an enlightening event.
The event will be held in-person at the offices of the Financial Reporting Council.
