Published Constructive Engagement is an available route to resolution for cases under the Audit Enforcement Procedure.

A record of the Conduct Committee’s decision to direct the Designated Officer to attempt to resolve a matter through Published Constructive Engagement and decisions taken to publish the outcome of Published Constructive Engagement can be viewed below, along with cases that have been closed.

There are no current cases as this new route to resolution has only been available since 1 July 2026.
