Statutory audit services investigation – formal consultation on draft Order

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the draft Order.

We note that the Order has not changed significantly since the earlier draft on which we commented as part of an informal consultation. In view of this we have no additional comments other than to register our concern that the CMA has not picked up the majority of our suggestions which we believe would have aided clarity and helped to avoid unintended consequences.
