Re: Delegation Agreement between the FRC and ACCA dated 28 September 2016 and as amended 29 July 2022 (“the Delegation Agreement")
As you are aware from previous communications, following internal changes at the FRC, the team that was formerly called the FRC's Professional Oversight Team (POT) is now called the Professional Bodies Supervision Team (PBS), effective from 1 June 2023.
The Delegation Agreement refers to the Professional Oversight Team in two places (at clause 21.1 and clause 1 of Appendix 6). With effect from 1 June 2023, these references are to be construed as references to the “Professional Bodies Supervision Team".
