AS TM1 version 5.0 was published in October 2022 and was effective for illustrations issued on or after 1 October 2023, and the current version (AS TM1 v5.2) was published in February 2026. It is the FRC’s duty to keep our standards under regular review, beyond the annual review on the appropriateness of the assumptions. The FRC is now therefore carrying out a post implementation review of AS TM1.
As part of this post implementation review, the FRC has issued a Call for Feedback. We welcome feedback to be provided by 26 January 2027.
