Gender Pay Gap
Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements came into effect on 6 April 2017, requiring employers of over 250 employees to publish prescribed statistics relating to UK employee pay, for publication annually.
Ethnicity Pay Gap
Addressing the ethnicity pay gap is an important part of the FRC’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy, which is designed to attract and develop a diverse mix of people at all levels and create an inclusive culture where everyone can fulfil their potential.
