Diversity and Inclusion
At the FRC, we are passionate about creating an open, healthy, and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity and encourages employees to be their authentic self.
We believe Diversity and Inclusion matters at the FRC because as a growing organisation, we want to attract the best candidates for our vacancies and we can only do that if we are attracting talent from a diverse pool. We also place a premium on talent development and want all employees to realise their full potential and achieve their career aspirations whatever their background.
The FRC recognises that our workforce is greatly enhanced by valuing individual differences and understanding that everyone brings a unique and beneficial perspective to the organisation. That’s why Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of our Values and Behaviours.
Our Values
The FRC’s Purpose is to serve the public interest by setting high standards of corporate governance, reporting and audit and by holding to account those responsible for delivering them.
Our Values are to be Independent, Fair, Effective, and Influential and to demonstrate these by our supporting behaviours. Our values guide, our behaviours day by day, and how we work together.
