Gal Maller is Group Board Member and MD for a global group of Life & Material Sciences companies headquartered in UK.
He has +20 years of investing, governance, and commercial stewardship for corporate and public sector in a range of global markets, spanning Wall Street to UK private equity.
Specialising in M&A, Gal has managed the full M&A life cycle for public and private companies and has advised regulators, sat on management boards, and acted as senior executive whose responsibilities includes: Corporate Governance, Stewardship, Strategy, Risk Management and Digital.
His career path has taken him through several key roles including: M&A banker, private equity professional, family office executive, securities trader, corporate advisory, public and private buyside.
Gal has placed special emphasis throughout his career to be involved and playing his part in shifting business to more sustainable businesses. This includes fossil fuels to steam, recycle to reuse, cash to contactless payments, synthetic to natural materials and manual to digital.
Gal is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) and is in-coming Chairperson for 21/22, previously being Education and Finance Officer.
Gal holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor’s in International Relations from Carleton College.
