Gift and Hospitality Register
The FRC maintains a Gifts and Hospitality Register in accordance with the Codes of Conduct which apply to the members of the Board, its Committees and Councils and to the FRC executive.
The Codes require that individuals report fully and accurately details of gifts and hospitality offered to the individual in their FRC capacity where the gift or hospitality is accepted or declined and where the hospitality is estimated to have a value of more than £50.
The published Register includes disclosures made by the members of the Board, its Committees and the Conduct Committee sub-committees and the Executive Committee consistent with the principles set out in the Codes effective from 1 January 2019. The Register will be updated on a quarterly basis.
