Gift and Hospitality Register

The FRC maintains a Gifts and Hospitality Register which applies to the members of the Board, its Committees, Senior Advisors, members of the Advisory Panel, the Enforcement Committee Panel and the Tribunal Panels and to the FRC executive.

The Gifts and Hospitality Register requires that members report fully and accurately details of gifts and hospitality offered to them in their FRC capacity, whether the gift or hospitality is accepted or declined, and where the hospitality is estimated to have a value of more than £50.

The published Register includes disclosures made by the members of the Board, its Committees and the Executive Committee and is published on a quarterly basis.
