Annual Activity Reports

Each year the FRC publishes an Annual Review of Corporate Reporting, which describes the activity and findings of its Corporate Reporting Review function for the 12-months to 31 March. Along with the associated material, such as the higher-level Corporate Reporting Highlights document and the more detailed Technical Findings document, its aim is to help companies improve their corporate reporting by highlighting key improvement areas and matters on which companies should focus in the coming year. The annual reports and associated documents, issued by the FRC’s Supervision Committee and its predecessor bodies, the Conduct Committee and the Financial Reporting Review Panel, are accessible below.
