Consultation
The Professional Oversight Board became subject to the Freedom of Information Act on 6 April 2008. The Oversight Board published its report on the Consultation on the draft Publication Scheme published in December 2007. This report contains a summary of the responses and feedback it received and outlines its response to the key issues raised.
