Future updates to Corporate Governance Code Guidance

Following the publication of the revised UK Corporate Governance Code earlier this year the FRC updated the guidance, turning it into a live document containing links to relevant publications, improving the user experience and allowing it to be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure it remains accurate and up-to-date.
The FRC does not expect to make frequent changes, but for those stakeholders who wish to download or print copies of the guidance in full, please note that starting today (06/03/2024), any future updates will be made on the first Wednesday of the month. For those wishing to look into the updates in more detail, you can find a link to the updates log on the UK Corporate Governance page on the FRC website.
