Following publication of the Government’s Restoring trust in audit and corporate governance consultation the FRC will be hosting a webinar to discuss some of the key
corporate reporting and governance
proposals included in BEIS’s consultation. The webinar will cover proposals related to resilience statements, audit and assurance policy statements, capital maintenance and malus and clawback.
