Bill Knight		Bill Knight is a solicitor and a former Chairman of the Law Society's Company Law Committee. He was senior partner at Simmons & Simmons until 2001, Chairman of the Enforcement Committee of the General Insurance Standards Council until 2005 and Deputy Chairman of Council at Lloyd's of London until 2008. He is a Gambling Commissioner.

Deputy Chairman
David Lindsell		David retired from Ernst & Young in December 2007 where he served as audit engagement partner for a number of FTSE 100 and other major companies and, from 2003 until 2007, was global director of IFRS services. He is a non-executive director and the audit committee chairman of three listed companies. He was a member of the Standards Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board from 2005 to 2008 and of the Supervisory Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) from 2004 to 2009. He was a member of the Auditing Practices Board from 1994 to 2002 and a member of the Turnbull Committee that developed the guidance for directors on the internal control provisions of the Combined Code.

Deputy Chair
Joanna Osborne		Joanna retired from KPMG in May 2011 having spent 21 years as a partner up to 2009. Since 2001 she has served as a member of both the international and UK departments of professional practice, specialising in International Financial Reporting Standards. Prior to 2001 she was an audit engagement partner based in London and Gatwick, and her client base was principally in the manufacturing and service sectors. Recently, she has been a member of an Advisory Panel advising the ASB, DRSC and EFRAG proactively considering alternatives to IAS 12 Income Tax. She has also been a lead author and reviewer of KPMG's recently published Share-Based Payment Handbook.
