FRC Annual Open Meeting 2017

21 Sep 2017 3:15pm to 6:45pm
Location: Salters’ Hall, 4 London Wall Place, EC2Y 4DE
With Brexit looming, the FRC must adapt to the changes and opportunities a move away from the EU brings. By focusing on the strengths of its current regulatory framework it will work to build on the attributes that makes the UK a desirable place for long-term investment.

During this event, the FRC will report back on how it will be changing its mission, the implications of a Brexit on its work, steps taken to enhance corporate governance, and the continued effort to promote high quality corporate reporting and standards in the audit, accountancy and actuarial professions.

The audience will also be invited to offer their views on issues facing the FRC and its stakeholders.

Tea and coffee will be available from 15.15 and a networking opportunity with refreshments from 17:30.
