UK Stewardship Code Statements

This is the list of organisations who have published a statement of commitment to the Stewardship Code. The following organisations have produced a letter of intent that they are working towards producing a statement of commitment to the principles of the Code:


Service Providers

This list does not currently include organisations who have informed us that they wish to explain their alternative investment strategy rather than commit to the Code, or organisations who have produced a policy statement, and are therefore a signatory to the Code, but do not wish to be included in this list.


Public Letters of Support

The Railpen Investments letter was a joint letter with: BBC Pension Fund, BT Pensions Scheme Management Ltd, Environment Agency Pension Fund, Local Authority Pension Fund Forum, Lothian Pension Fund, Merseyside Pension Fund, Northern Ireland Local Government Officers' Superannuation Committee, Strathclyde Pension Fund, Universities Superannuation Scheme and West Midlands Pension Fund.

Please note that inclusion on this list does not mean formal endorsement by the FRC of an institution's compliance with the Code. The purpose of the Statements is to enable the market to judge the level of commitment and to provide a basis for discussion with relevant parties.
