Correction - September 2011

The following minor correction to the text of the Scope & Authority was agreed by the Board at its meeting in September 2011.  The correction has no impact on the substance or effect of the document; it clarifies the original intent.  The Scope & Authority will not be formally amended.

Correction: Paragraph 24(b)(iv) - the cross-reference to 24(b)(ii) should be read as to 24(b)(iii).
