Value Working Group
One of the two most important concepts underpinning BAS’ Conceptual Framework is the concept of value. Accordingly, BAS has established a Working Group to consider the concept and the competing philosophies of value which are in prominence currently (for a full description of our work see the full ToR). The Value Group intends to propose the adoption of a philosophy of Value with most merit and to set out further concepts and principles in relation to it. We will also set out the actuarial techniques and methods which are used to determine value and for inclusion in a discussion document as part of BAS Conceptual Framework around the middle of 2007.
We welcome specific contributions and relevant material from all. Please email e.brown@frc.org.uk.
