Marisa Cassoni, Group Finance Director of Royal Mail plc, and
Helen Weir, Group Finance Director of Lloyds TSB, have been appointed as members of the Board.

This brings the number of Board members up to ten. Marisa has worked for the Royal Mail since 2001, having previously worked for Britannic Assurance, the Prudential and Deloittes. Helen has been with Lloyds TSB since 2004, having previously worked for Kingfisher, B&Q and McKinsey and Co.
