Disciplinary Hearing Dates

The Disciplinary Tribunal appointed by the Board in relation to the Mayflower Corporation plc will hear formal complaints concerning the conduct of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr David T Donnelly and Mr Ian Jon Shelton during the period commencing on 11th September 2006 and ending on 13th October 2006.

The Disciplinary Tribunal appointed is as follows:

Chairman:Robert Rhodes QC
Laypersons:Bruce Warman; Marion Simmons QC
Accountants:Arthur Harvard FCA; Christopher Whittington FCA

Ms Melanie Carter of DMH Stallard has been appointed as the Secretary to the Tribunal.

The Tribunal will hear the formal complaints in central London and the hearing venue will be confirmed on this website.
